Finally. Spring is here. And I couldn't be more excited to throw on a Madison skirt in a bright, fun color! I think this skirt will be one of my spring staples here with it's high-waist, pleats, and pockets. I kept it simple with a solid tee, neutral wedges, and a light tan purse. Comfortable and cute! EVERY DAY WEAR

Let's just talk about comfort for a minute. Let's go back five years, if I was going for comfort that would mean I would be spending my day in sweats. MIXING STRIPES AND FLORALS

I love mixing stripes and florals together, especially for spring. But there is a trick to it. Make sure you have a smaller print and a bigger (or more busy) print. For example this stripe is a simple pinstripe, but the kimono is a more busy and brighter print. Together it works because they compliment rather clash. Anyways, hope your having a fantastic day!

baby it's cold outside

Um… I thought it was Spring. It was warm just a couple days again. Now it's a sweater and tights kind of day. Yuck. I'm over this. Sunshine come back. Those of you where it's 80+ degrees today. I hate you. Okay maybe not, but I'm incredibly jealous. I'll wallow in my sweater and check next week's weather report while you chill in your swim suit!
